Dear user, we kindly ask you to carefully review the Terms of Service specific to Pallancer before using the website. By accessing or clicking the option to accept the Terms of Service, we consider that you have agreed to and accepted the commitment to these terms in its entirety, and have understood the Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you should not access or use the website. Additionally, you will not be able to use the website if you do not wish to accept the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.

Please note that the Arabic and English languages are the original languages for the Terms of Service.

The Pallancer website is available to users who are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the age of 18 but over 13 years old, Pallancer allows you to use the website through an account owned by a parent or legal guardian after obtaining their permission.

Pallancer does not allow children under the age of 13 to use the website or its services.

Basic Terms of Website Usage

The buyer is considered the user who makes a purchase of a service through the website. The Business Account is a cooperative buyer account.

Any user who has been invited or uses a business account is considered a member of the Business Account team.

The buyer can submit custom requests to receive a personalized offer from the seller, and the seller can provide exclusive custom offers in response to specific buyer requirements.

Additional services can be offered by the seller at an additional price determined by the seller.

Seller packages allow sellers to offer services in different formats and prices. Packages may include upgrades, which allow sellers to price their services at a specific base rate.

The seller can design and upload a logo.

The Additional Service page is where the seller can describe the terms of the additional service, and the buyer can purchase the service and create an order.

The Order page is where communication takes place between buyers and sellers to discuss the orders.

All formal agreements between the buyer and seller after making a purchase from the Additional Service page are referred to as orders.

Any user who provides services through the Additional Service feature is considered a seller.

Registration on Pallancer is free, and only registered users can buy and sell on the website. By registering on the website, the user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and updated information and is solely responsible for any activity on their account and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their password. Pallancer is not responsible for any actions or omissions made by the user regarding their account.

Regarding fees and payments, please read the payment terms. Sellers must fulfill orders, and canceling orders is not allowed as it may affect the sellers' reputation and status.

Buyers are required to make upfront payments to create an order (see payment terms). Orders can be placed through the order button on the seller's service page or through a custom offer.

User levels are provided based on their reputation and serve as advantages, including the ability to offer services at higher prices.

Pallancer does not allow users to offer or accept payments using any method other than placing an order through the website.

When a buyer purchases a service, they are entitled to all rights to the delivered work, unless the seller specifies otherwise on their service page.

Pallancer retains the right to use all published works and logo designs that have been delivered for marketing and promotional purposes.

Adhering to community standards is a fundamental policy that applies to our community and marketplace.

Regarding sellers, they can do the following through the Pallancer platform:

Create the services they offer and showcase them to buyers.

Sellers can provide custom offers to buyers in addition to their regular services.

Once an order is completed, sellers are accredited.

For more information on receiving payments, fees, and taxes, sellers can review the payment terms.

Pallancer does not allow sellers to promote their services or any content through the Google Ads platform.

Pallancer provides a feature that grants specific ratings to sellers based on the reviews they receive from buyers or team members of the business account. These ratings allow sellers the opportunity to achieve higher seller levels (see levels below). Additionally, extremely low ratings may result in the suspension of the seller's account.


Pallancer reserves the right to temporarily disable a seller's ability to withdraw earnings to prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activities for security reasons.

Regarding general liability insurance, sellers are responsible for obtaining a policy with sufficient coverage amounts to address all the risks associated with their service performance.

Services on Pallancer are specific content that users create on the website. In case the content violates these terms of service or our community standards, Pallancer reserves the right to remove the content. These violations may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Offering illegal, fraudulent, or copyright-infringing services, as well as violating third-party terms of service that have been reported.

Providing unethical or explicit services.

Submitting intentional copies of services or spam. Also, offering misleading services to buyers or others.

Reselling controlled goods or providing low-quality services.

Promoting our platform through activities prohibited by any laws or regulations, as well as engaging in any marketing activity that negatively impacts our relationships with users or partners.

Deleted services may result in the suspension of the seller's account, and services removed due to violations cannot be restored.

Pallancer reserves the right to remove services from search results if their performance is deemed weak or if the user engages in poor behavior.

Services may include URLs to pre-approved websites in their description and requirements box. However, services containing URLs that promote content violating our terms of service or community standards will be removed.

Users can upload two additional images for their service, and repeated deliveries that do not match the quality displayed in the service images may result in the suspension or permanent disabling of the seller's account, as previously stated.

Pallancer allows users to offer services in organized formats with multiple pricing options and the ability to provide special features for professional sellers.

Sellers may lose some privileges if they fail to maintain high-quality services, receive sharp declines in ratings, or fail to deliver on time. Late deliveries and warnings can lead to account suspension, and high cancellation rates or violations of our terms of service and community standards may also result in the seller being moved to a different level. Pallancer reserves the right to change the top-rated seller status based on this evaluation.



Professional sellers are marked after prior verification and undergo an evaluation process by editors, while any user can submit their services. Pallancer continuously evaluates the eligibility of professional sellers to ensure the maintenance of quality standards and meet the expectations of choosing a professional seller. 


The features that sellers can access:


Custom Offers:

Sellers on Pallancer can create custom offers tailored to specific requirements of buyers.

The seller specifies the detailed description of the service, the price, and the expected delivery time within their custom offer.

Sellers can send custom offers through the conversation page.


Project Stages:


The project can be divided into several stages, which may include service offers and custom offers that exceed specific amounts, up to six key milestones for the project. The project must include at least two main stages. Each main stage is paid for and delivered separately, according to the description and timelines for each service or custom offer.

Upon completing and marking a stage as complete, buyers can choose either to proceed with the order and move on to the next stage or to stop the order. If the buyer does not pay for the next stage within 10 days of accepting the previous stages, the order will not proceed to the next stages. Additionally, if no acceptance or modification request is submitted within 8 days after marking the delivery as complete, it will automatically be marked as completed.


Shipping Physical Services:


Pallancer allows users to offer some physical services, such as arts, crafts, and others, and in this case, sellers can decide to set shipping prices.

The added cost is related only to the expenses charged by sellers for shipping physical items to buyers.

In case the service requires physical delivery, buyers who purchase these services are required to provide a shipping address.

Once the buyer provides the shipping address, sellers are responsible for all shipping arrangements.

Pallancer is not responsible for tracking items, ensuring their condition, or their delivery, and we will not be liable for any damages or other issues arising from shipping.

Pallancer may request the tracking number, if available, on the order page upon delivering your work, as it is a great way to avoid shipping-related disputes.


Regarding Buyers:


Pallancer does not allow buyers to make direct payments to sellers using payment systems outside of the Pallancer platform. Buyers can request a specific service through the "Post a Request" feature. The requested services must be allowed services.


Purchase Process:


To understand the fees and taxes, please refer to the payment terms.

Buyers can request a custom order that meets their specific requirements and get a personalized offer from sellers through the platform. Buyers are not allowed to replace the payment method with any other method not specified on Pallancer. If you are asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to customer support here.

Ordering a Service:


Your order will be created, and you will be given a unique order number once the payment is confirmed.

Sellers are committed to delivering completed files according to the purchased and advertised service, and this is verified through the "Deliver Work" button.

Misuse of the "Deliver Work" button, contrary to these service terms, is not allowed. Using the "Deliver Work" button when the order has not been fulfilled may result in the cancellation of the order after review and may impact the seller's rating and result in a warning to the seller.

Once the delivery process is completed, the order will be automatically marked as completed. If the buyer accepts the delivery and does not request any modifications within 3 days of marking the order as delivered, the order will be considered automatically completed. The buyer is not allowed to extend this period for several additional days.

Pallancer encourages buyers and sellers to attempt to resolve disputes between them. If that fails for any reason, users can contact customer support for assistance. Please refer to the payment terms for more information on disputes, order cancellations, and refunds.

Once the buyer makes the payment, the order is considered complete, and it will be marked as completed after the seller delivers and the buyer accepts the delivery. If no acceptance or modification request is made within 8 days after marking the delivery, any milestone will be automatically marked as completed. In this case, the order will be suspended, and no other milestones will be initiated.

Buyers can choose to either proceed with the order and pay for the next milestone once the deliverable is submitted and accepted or stop the order. If the buyer does not pay for the next milestone within 10 days of accepting the previous milestones, the order will not proceed to the next milestones. Please note that choosing to stop future milestones will not cancel the current required milestone.


In some cases, certain local services may require the sellers and buyers to meet in person so that the seller can perform the service. In such cases, users should note that we do not guarantee the behavior, conduct, safety, suitability, or ability of buyers or sellers. Both buyers and sellers agree that they assume all risks associated with their meeting, and we do not hold any responsibility or liability regarding any local services provided by sellers. The service terms and community standards remain applicable to orders conducted outside the marketplace.

Regarding Delivery:


The seller will be notified via email and site notifications when a buyer requests a service.

Sellers are obligated to meet the delivery time they specified when creating their services. Failure to do so gives the buyer the right to cancel the order.

Sellers must submit completed files and/or proof of work using the "Deliver Work" button (found on the order page) to mark the order as delivered.

Buyers can use the "Request Revisions" feature on the order page while marking the order as delivered if the delivered materials do not match the seller's description on their service page or do not meet the requirements sent to the seller at the beginning of the order process.


Reviews:


Pallancer reviews the feedback provided by buyers upon completion of the order, as it is an essential part of our rating system. These reviews reflect the overall evaluation of sellers and their services from the perspective of the buyers.

Buyers have the right to leave feedback, and reviews will not be removed unless there are clear violations of the terms of service.


Reviews:


Buyer feedback is generally displayed on the seller's service page. Once the work is delivered, the buyer has three days to respond. If there is no response within this timeframe, the order will be considered complete.

Buyers can leave reviews on orders for up to 10 days after the order is marked as complete. After 10 days, no new reviews can be added to the order, and sellers cannot request the removal of buyer reviews.

Once both the seller and the buyer complete their reviews, or after the ten-day period, all published reviews become public.

After the reviews from both the buyer and the seller are published, the seller can respond to the buyer's review from the order page, which will appear on the seller's service page below the buyer's comments.



In case of disputes and order cancellations, Pallancer primarily encourages buyers and sellers to attempt to resolve the conflicts between them. If they are unable to do so for any reason after using the resolution center, users can contact the customer support department for assistance. Please refer to the payment terms for more information on disputes, order cancellations, and refunds.

This section pertains to the expected behavior that users should adhere to while interacting with each other on the platform.

Pallancer enables individuals worldwide to create, share, buy, and sell various services at generally accepted values.

Users are expected to engage in a friendly, vibrant, and professional environment while participating in any activity with Pallancer.

If you encounter any violations of the terms of service or have any inquiries related to your account, please contact the customer support team for assistance.


Basics:


User identities are kept anonymous to protect their privacy. Requesting or providing email addresses, names, phone numbers, or any other personal contact details to communicate outside the platform with the intention of circumventing or abusing the Pallancer messaging system is strictly prohibited.

Pallancer allows for necessary exchange of personal information required to continue the service within the order page. Users interacting outside the platform do not have the same protection. Therefore, all information and file exchanges must be conducted exclusively on the Pallancer platform.

In case of observing any offensive, inappropriate, or violent messages or language, there will be zero tolerance, and it may lead to a warning, suspension, or removal of the account.

Pallancer strictly prohibits discrimination against any user based on sex, race, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other factor, and such discrimination may result in account suspension or removal.

Users attempting to damage the reputation of competing sellers by leaving negative feedback on their competing services will have their reviews removed. Further actions related to account status may be taken by the Trust and Safety team.

Users are committed to refraining from sending spam messages or urging previous buyers or sellers to request review removals or cancellations that do not align with the order cancellation policies.


Services:


Duplicated Service Listings: Users may report similar services that may violate the terms of service to the Customer Support department.

Sellers must ensure that any content listed in their services must be original work created by the sellers and must not violate any third-party rights.


Reporting Violations:

You should inform us if you come across any content that may violate our terms of service and/or community standards through the appropriate channels established to address such issues, as outlined in our terms of service. Pallancer reviews all cases and the results of the investigation are not shared to protect individual privacy.

A warning may be sent to the user's email address regarding violations of the terms of service, and it will be displayed to the user on the website. Warnings do not limit account activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, it may lead to the loss or permanent disablement of your account.


Unauthorized Use:


Pallancer does not allow any exchange of materials and services directed towards adults or pornographic content.

All communication should be friendly, constructive, and professional between all parties. We condemn bullying, harassment, and hate speech towards others. We provide users with a means to exchange messages among individuals and a system for order reviews.

Member safety is of utmost priority for Pallancer. Any attempts to post or send harmful content with the intention of hacking into another member's account or computer environment are strictly prohibited. Please respect the privacy of our members by refraining from contacting them with unrelated offers, questions, suggestions, or anything not directly related to their services or requests on our website.

Furthermore, publishing private and confidential information of others is not allowed. Any information received by the seller from the buyer, which is not considered public property, must not be used for any purpose other than delivering the work to the buyer.

Your profile information must be accurate, complete, lawful, non-deceptive, and non-harmful in any way. Creating a fake identity on our website, impersonating your identity, creating a profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or using or attempting to use another user's account or information is not permitted. We reserve the right to request users to undergo a verification process for using the site.

Fraud / Unlawful Use:

You are not allowed to use Pallancer for any illegal purposes or engage in any unlawful activities.


  Abuse and Spam:


Users are limited to one active account to prevent fraud and misuse. Any additional accounts created to circumvent guidelines, promote competitive advantages, or deceive will be disabled, and this behavior may result in account suspension.

We do not tolerate users engaging in targeted abuse or harassment towards others. This includes creating multiple new accounts to harass members through our messaging or ordering system. Additionally, buying or selling accounts is not allowed.


Confidentiality:


Sellers must treat any information received from buyers as highly sensitive and classified material. There may be a need for buyers to disclose some confidential information for the purpose of completing the required work.

Sellers must not use the information for any purpose other than delivering the requested work, maintain complete confidentiality of all such information, refrain from copying or reproducing any of the information without the buyer's permission, and not disclose the information to any third party.

   

General Terms:


Pallancer reserves the right to suspend any account due to a breach of these Terms of Service and/or our community guidelines or due to any unlawful or inappropriate use of the website or services. Users with disabled accounts will not be able to sell or purchase.

Users can contact the customer support team for further information regarding the violation and the status of their account if it has been disabled for violating our Terms of Service and/or community guidelines.

Pallancer allows users the option to enable account security features to protect their accounts from unauthorized use.

Pallancer may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, a new version of the Terms of Service will be available on this page. Users should be aware that if they use our website after the date on which the Terms of Service were changed, it will be considered an acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
