شروط الاستخدام

النطاق: تشمل جميع المستخدمين والمشاركين في منظومة بال لانسر.

أولًا: المقدمة

تحدد هذه الشروط القواعد والضوابط لاستخدام منصة بال لانسر. باستخدامك للمنصة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط.

ثانيًا: التعريفات

تشمل التعريفات المستخدمة في هذه الوثيقة: "المنصة" تعني منظومة بال لانسر، "المستخدم" يعني أي شخص يستخدم المنصة، و"الخدمات" تعني جميع الخدمات المقدمة عبر المنصة.

ثالثًا: قبول الشروط

باستخدامك للمنصة، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت ووافقت على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام المنصة فورًا.

رابعًا: التعديلات على الشروط

تحتفظ بال لانسر بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إخطار المستخدمين بأي تغييرات من خلال إشعارات على المنصة أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني.

خامسًا: استخدام المنصة

يجب على المستخدمين استخدام المنصة فقط للأغراض القانونية ووفقًا لجميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها. يُحظر أي استخدام غير قانوني أو غير مصرح به.

سادسًا: الحسابات وكلمات المرور

يجب على المستخدمين الحفاظ على سرية معلومات حساباتهم وكلمات المرور الخاصة بهم. يتحمل المستخدمون المسؤولية الكاملة عن جميع الأنشطة التي تحدث تحت حساباتهم.

سابعًا: المحتوى

يجب على المستخدمين التأكد من أن جميع المحتويات التي ينشرونها على المنصة لا تنتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو أي حقوق أخرى لأي طرف ثالث.

ثامنًا: الملكية الفكرية

تحتفظ بال لانسر بجميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بالمنصة. لا يجوز للمستخدمين استخدام أي جزء من المحتوى لأغراض تجارية دون الحصول على إذن كتابي مسبق من بال لانسر.

تاسعًا: المسؤولية

لا تتحمل بال لانسر أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدام المنصة أو عدم القدرة على استخدامها.

عاشرًا: التعويض

يوافق المستخدمون على تعويض بال لانسر عن أي مطالبات أو خسائر أو أضرار تنشأ عن انتهاكهم لهذه الشروط أو استخدامهم للمنصة.

حادي عشر: إنهاء الاستخدام

تحتفظ بال لانسر بالحق في إنهاء أو تعليق وصول المستخدم إلى المنصة في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق إذا تم انتهاك هذه الشروط.

ثاني عشر: القانون المعمول به

تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين السلطة القضائية المعمول بها في فلسطين.

ثالث عشر: حل النزاعات

في حالة وجود أي نزاع يتعلق بهذه الشروط، سيتم حله من خلال التحكيم وفقًا للقواعد المعمول بها في فلسطين.

رابع عشر: الاتصال

لأي استفسارات أو شكاوى تتعلق بهذه الشروط، يمكن للمستخدمين الاتصال بفريق دعم العملاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف.
