النطاق: تشمل جميع الأنشطة والعلاقات ضمن منظومة بال لانسر.

أولًا: مقدمة

تهدف هذه الاتفاقية إلى تحديد الأطر العامة التي تحكم عمل منصة بال لانسر، بما يضمن الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها، وتوفير بيئة آمنة وموثوقة لجميع الأطراف المعنية.

ثانيًا: التعريفات

تشمل هذه الاتفاقية مجموعة من التعريفات الأساسية التي تحدد المصطلحات المستخدمة فيها، مثل "المنصة"، "المستخدم"، "الخدمة"، و"الاتفاقية".

ثالثًا: نطاق التطبيق

تطبق هذه الاتفاقية على جميع المستخدمين المسجلين في منصة بال لانسر، وتشمل جميع الخدمات والمنتجات الرقمية المقدمة من خلالها.

رابعًا: حقوق والتزامات الأطراف

تحدد هذه الاتفاقية حقوق والتزامات كل من المستخدمين والمنصة، بما في ذلك الالتزام بالشفافية وحماية البيانات والامتثال للقوانين.

خامسًا: إدارة النزاعات

توضح هذه الاتفاقية الآليات المتبعة لحل النزاعات التي قد تنشأ بين الأطراف، بما في ذلك الوساطة والتحكيم.

سادسًا: المعاملات المالية

تشمل هذه الاتفاقية القواعد التي تحكم المعاملات المالية على المنصة، بما في ذلك طرق الدفع والاسترداد.

سابعًا: حماية البيانات والخصوصية

ثامنًا: التعديلات على الاتفاقية

تاسعًا: الإنهاء

عاشرًا: القوة القاهرة

توضح هذه الاتفاقية الظروف التي تعتبر قوة قاهرة والتي تعفي الأطراف من المسؤولية.

حادي عشر: القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لقوانين السلطة الفلسطينية، وتفسر وفقًا لها.

ثاني عشر: السرية

تلتزم الأطراف بالحفاظ على سرية المعلومات المتبادلة وعدم استخدامها إلا للأغراض المحددة في هذه الاتفاقية.

ثالث عشر: التنازل

لا يجوز لأي طرف التنازل عن حقوقه أو التزاماته بموجب هذه الاتفاقية دون موافقة خطية من الطرف الآخر.

رابع عشر: الإشعارات

تحدد هذه الاتفاقية الوسائل المعتمدة لتبادل الإشعارات بين الأطراف.

This agreement aims to outline the general frameworks governing the operation of the PalLancer platform, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing a safe and reliable environment for all stakeholders.

2. Definitions

This agreement includes a set of essential definitions that clarify the terms used herein, such as "Platform," "User," "Service," and "Agreement."

3. Scope of Application

This agreement applies to all registered users of the PalLancer platform and encompasses all services and digital products offered through it.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

This agreement outlines the rights and obligations of both users and the platform, including commitments to transparency, data protection, and legal compliance.

5. Dispute Management

This agreement specifies the mechanisms for resolving disputes that may arise between parties, including mediation and arbitration.

6. Financial Transactions

This agreement includes the rules governing financial transactions on the platform, including payment and refund methods.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

The platform is committed to protecting user data and ensuring their privacy in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Amendments to the Agreement

The platform reserves the right to amend this agreement in accordance with legal or operational changes, with notice to users of such amendments.

9. Termination

This agreement specifies the conditions under which the contractual relationship between the parties may be terminated.

10. Force Majeure
